If you happen to be in the market for a mansion in Encino, and your budget is the tune of a few million dollars, Ashlee Simpson’s crib might be worth a look see.

When asked what the best feature of the house was Ms. Simpson replied that her favorite part was a 1,300 square foot closet.

So where is Ashlee headed? To the beach! I can’t argue with that sentiment and I’m sure her surfer/guitarist boyfriend is behind her big move, too.
