Public allowed to watch R. Kelly video

People have heard of the famous R. Kelly sex tape for years, but not many people have seen it. That’s all about to change thanks to a recent court decision.

“This is the whole crux and linchpin of the case,” Gaughan said. “If there was no tape, we wouldn’t have a case.”

Generally watching sex videos of underage girls is not encouraged, but it is in this case. The sex happened when the girl was 14 and she’s 21 now, so this has been hanging over R’s head for a long while now.

The supreme irony of this case is that in order to find Kelly guilty of having child porn, supposedly normal people have to watch it!
