Britney and K-Feds Prenuptial Agreement…Ouch!

I picked up one of my favorite celebrity fish wrapper magazines while I was at the store today.

According to them, Britney Spears has finally had enough and is getting ready to divorce Kevin Federline.
The couple was married in 2004, with a prenuptial agreement, of course. (Perhaps she should have stayed married to her high school friend she married in Vegas prior to teaming up with K-Fed?)

A divorce will prove costly for Mrs. Spears-Federline. She’ll be required to pay Kevin $500.00 a week salary as a “production assistant”, and he’ll get half of their Malibu home. He’ll also have rights to write a tell all book, and get half the proceeds from sales of personal memoirs.

I’m surprised that lawyers let her sign an agreement this bad, it seems like she almost wanted to trap herself with bad terms…and K-Fed..

It’s been a long time since Brit’s last album in 2003, but word has it a new album is in the works.

Recently she’s been under a lot of scrutiny by the press for some tense moments with her son, Sean Preston.
While she was a guest on David Letterman, she announced she was pregnant with a second child. (Kevin Federline’s 4th child) I hope that she stays healthy for her son and her unborn child.
