Silent Birth for Baby Holmes-Cruise.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have decided to have a “silent birth” for their first child (as a couple)

This follows the beliefs of Tom Cruise’s religon Scientology.

The basis of this type of delivery is to keep the delivery room silent while the baby is being born. According to their Scientologists, the quiet helps transition the baby from womb to the world.  

Seems a little offbeat to me, but best wishes to the parents to be..
